Delivery

All domestic orders are shipped via POS Malaysia.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made. Gobok Harbour is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.

Deliveries are made on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Delays may occur during peak periods and festive seasons.

Orders will be dispatched within 3–5 working days after order confirmation. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email for you to track your parcel.

Return

You can return your item within 7 days after receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt)
Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will check it and update you on the status.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
